Song: "Brother Swing" (Frankie Manning) by Christophe Avril
Read the lyrics here and check out this posting we dug up from mid-2000 on the Yehoodi.com discussion board:

My name is Christophe Avril, and I am a french musician and songwriter. I am in the making of an album, French Swing Tunes and Ballads for Dancing and Romancing. There is a special song called "Brother Swing," it is a tribute to Frankie Manning (in French!) with a complete shim sham call. The song was presented to Frankie at Herrang and was played several times during the evening parties. People liked it a lot. Thank you for listening!
