Celebrate Black History EVERY Month

Hey it’s Black History Month! This is your reminder that lindy hop has its roots in the African American experience, and continues to be practiced by Black dancers all over the world. In that spirit, we hope you all are celebrating and sharing the Black roots of lindy hop in your communities, not just in February but all year round.

An easy way to share the Black history is to give out our brochure on the history of lindy hop at your local dance or school.
